Based in Shrewsbury and serving Wrexham, Cheshire & Shropshire, Shrewsbury Remapping Services started as a trusted van-based ECU tuning service driven by referrals. Today, we’ve grown into a multi-van, mobile remapping team with workshop presence in Shrewsbury and Oswestry, yet we’ve kept our personal touch.

What began as a one-man van operation has grown into one of Shropshire’s most trusted mobile remapping services.

Shrewsbury Remapping Services was originally built through word-of-mouth, no advertising, just reliable service and results that spoke for themselves. When the original founder stepped back just before the Covid pandemic, the torch was passed to a passionate technician with an eye for detail and a deep love for performance cars.

Despite the lockdown, Shrewsbury Remapping Services relaunched stronger. With new branding, a social media presence, and a commitment to our customers, the business quickly expanded. Within a year, a second van was added. By early 2023, the team had outgrown the original setup and opened a dedicated unit on the outskirts of Shrewsbury.

In 2024, a second workshop was added in Oswestry to serve even more of Shropshire and North Wales. Today, our mobile team operates six days a week with fully equipped vans, professional tools, and a customer-first attitude that hasn’t changed.

We may have grown, but the values remain the same: treat every car like your own, every customer like a friend, and never cut corners.

Great service today from Shrewsbury Remapping. Arrived exactly as arranged. Very friendly mapper, fixed my Adblue issue, another fault came on the auto stop/start after the fix, which was also solved before he left. He made sure I was happy before he left and let me know that any issues in future they will come out and resolve them.

Had the dpf issues sorted on the van and they did a great job. Not stuck in limp mode anymore either which I’m really happy about.

No exaggeration, but is I could at least double the review stars to ten, it would still not be enough.

My van is my work horse and without it, no business.

The DPF was playing up and by Thursday 12th it really put my van out of action.

I text this company and by the next day, it was in their hands.

They put themselves out in order to get me back on the road and by 18th the Van ran like a dream, no really… it did.

I’m so pleased I found them and can absolutely recommend.

Really friendly bloke turned up to sort my 1 series ... custom map to replace one that another tuner had put on that wasn't right... drives so much better ..especially notable in the mid range to.... highly recommend even managed to fit me in on my day off at short notice.

I would highly recommend Shrewsbury mapping as used them twice now and never had any problems. They couldn’t do enough and advised me on what they were going to do and the guys knew there stuff.
